Touches of exotic cinnamon & spices enhance the flavor of a cake more deserving than its name. Finally a burnt butter cream frosting & filling, with or without nuts is added for your delight.

Bavarian: Cheesecake filling is in a cookie-style sweet pastry. A tiny bit of brandy is added to the filling & is topped with an apricot glaze.
Chocolate Velvet: Semi sweet chocolate is used in this velvety texture filling that goes into a cinnamon-scented chocolate cookie-style sweet pastry with roasted Hazelnuts.
New York: Dense, yet a very creamy texture & slightly tangy taste. The filling is in a finely crumbled Zwieback or Graham Cookie crust – you get to choose.

A triple chocolate cake frosted with white butter cream and covered in a dark chocolate ganache. We use a filling of white French meringue, zest of orange and Grand Mariner. Or you may choose our raspberry cream filling with fresh raspberries and a hint of Chambord.
