The rich filling is in a light pasta frolla (pastry crust) sturdy enough to hold a rich creamy vanilla pudding. Then topped with caramelized banana slices that are dusted with sugar & lighted toasted with a torch to created a crunchy topping.

Fresh squeezed lemons, butter, eggs & sugar are used for the rich slightly tart and sweet lemony that’s rich in color and taste. Fresh seasonal fruit tops this dessert or the slices can be served with drizzled raspberry sauce & lemon whipped cream.

Apple Cranberry Pie ~ $25
Think of an apple pie made with 2 different types of apples, one sweet & the other tart to balance the flavor of fresh cranberries.
Our rich buttery flaky crust covers this pie to seal in the added butter & spices for more flavor… a side of rich vanilla ice cream makes this dessert fabulous anytime of the year.

Peach Blue Pie ~ $30
Another abundantly flavorful pie that’s rich in ingredients. Although peaches are seasonal, we also prepare this pie during other times of the year with quick frozen peaches.
During the peak season of fresh peaches, we find organic peaches & blueberries to create this tasty pie. Only a small amount of spices are used to maintain the great flavor of sweet peaches in every bite.
Traditional Apple Pie ~ $25
For our traditional apple pie we fill a rich, flaky, buttery crust with two types of apples, one for tartness and the other for a sweet flavor… Apple-liciously divine!
Key Lime Pie ~ $20
Fresh limes are used to give this pie its sweet, tangy taste. The creamy filling is then lightly baked in a Graham cracker crust made with butter. To say this pie is “yummy” is an understatement.

Sweet Potato Pie ~ $25
Tell them Mama made it! It’s that good.
Fresh yams are baked, mashed and combined with fresh rich butter, eggs, vanilla, spices and a secret ingredient that I won’t tell. Baked in a rich dense butter made crust, just one bite and you’ll be hooked.
Bourbon Pecan Pie ~ $30
Made like our pecan pie with a little extra verve, especially with our Chantilly cream dribbled over the top. Include in your order ½ Pint of Chantilly Cream for $5.
Buttermilk Pie ~ $20
The extra rich Bulgarian buttermilk makes the filling super creamy. We add a hint of fresh lemon and spices to give this pie a slight tang. If you like egg custard pie, try our buttermilk pie… it takes custard pies to a whole different level. Only acquired taste buds can appreciate its exceptional balance of flavors.
French Apple Pie ~ $25
Unpretentiously scrumptious! Apples layered over raisins and nuts, then on top of that, comes this heavenly French custard filling and finally a cinnamon crumb topping.
German Chocolate Cream Pie ~ $30
Deep German chocolate cream filling over a rich, crunchy, buttery, brown sugar & coconut bottom all layered in a flaky butter crust... hummm! Good!
